Interim Change Manager £50 - £61ph REMOTE

A fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager to join one of the world's largest and most innovative medical device firms, providing crucial support on Salesforce, during their business-wide digital transformation programme.

This is a 6-month role, offering between £50 and £61 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35), based working from home.

The Role:

You will engage closely with Business Partners and vendors, focusing on system implementation on a global basis.

The position will be central to my client's global CRM implementation and Salesforce roll-out. This will involve embedding of training, driving changes and improvements, stakeholder management and managing shifts in behaviours.

You will be working closely with the team in France, as such, French fluency would be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Excellent Change Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of systems changes, ideally Salesforce or another CRM.
• Experience with embedding of training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience within a large multinational / global company previously.
