Interim Change Management Specialist:
A world famous bespoke medical manufacturing organisation has an urgent requirement for an Interim Delivery Change Management Specialist to join a newly formed change management centre of Excellence.
This role will drive organizational behaviour business process change within a major IT project to create a single product hierarchy with sponsorship from operations and IT.
This is an initial 12-month interim contract offering up to £500 p/d for a candidate to be based Watford.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a dedicated organizational change management capacity.
- Experience of change management planning, development and execution of IT projects
- The ability to navigate complex, international matrix structure businesses.
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders and audiences
