Rate: £695 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Global FTSE 100 FMCG

Location: Primarily Remote with occasional trips to London

Duration: 12 months

An Interim Change Lead, to play a crucial role in this FMCG leader's largest ever global, 5-year, transformation to streamline and improve visibility of data, touching all areas of the business and underpinned by SAP S/4 Hana improvement and implementation.

You will be a key part of this FTSE 100 organisation's central Change Team, spanning 150 global markets and acting as guardian to 17-20 Change Champions.

Sitting in Supply and Procurement, this role will drive the business process of re-design, transformation and standardisation, sitting at the core of change management to determine how to enable and embed the transition.

Requirements:

• Excellent Change Management experience and conversant with Change Toolkits.
• Experience managing complex projects at scale, across all markets.
• Leadership skills and resilience.
• Ideally, experience with SAP S/4 Hana, alternatively large, ERP, global implementations.
• Advantageous would be any experience with Procurement and Supply as a function.
