Interim Change Impact Manager £860pd REMOTE

Role: Change Impact Manager (Finance, Commercial, and Data)

Rate: £860 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, FTSE 100 FMCG organisation

Duration: 12 months+

Location: Remote, with option to visit office in Soho. UK based role.

Opportunity for a Change Impact Manager, with experience in tech-enabled, Finance function transformation, to play a business-critical role in this world-leading organisation's global, multi-year, business transformation, underpinned by SAP S4 HANA.

This transformation will involve multiple IT systems and span all functions in the business, including Supply Chain, procurement, Commercial, and Finance.

Your role will be important to understand exactly what is changing for the business in detail, across as-is and to-be processes, data, and systems.

You will liaise closely with stakeholders up to senior leadership level, to influence, articulate Change, and Change Impact Assessment findings.

Requirements:

• Change Management experience of 7+ years.
• Strong Transformation experience, involving a Finance function.
• Commercial back office experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability, at various levels within the business.
• Experience working in Master Data or having driven master data changes.
• Ideally transformation experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, particularly advantageous will be Group Reporting module in SAP's toolkit.
