Interim Change Director £1300pd

An incredible interim opportunity for an experienced Change Director to join a market-leading FMCG company currently undergoing a monumental amount of global process and technology Change.

A 12-month contract with excellent scope to extend, offering £1300 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), based primarily working from home, with some travel to the office in central London for key meetings.

The Role:

This FTSE 100 client is undertaking a huge, global programme for the corporate-wide implementation of SAP S4 Hana. This will be the most significant investment in technology the organisation will be making, spanning the next couple of years.

This significant project will touch ever function area, market and region across the region. You will work through engagement strategies, stakeholder mapping up to board level and defining the approach for taking the lead with this level of stakeholder.

You will lead communications and the communications strategy across the organisation, inspiring employees through change and driving them to buy-in to the principles of the programme.

There will also be a training needed across c.30k employees, and this role will be required to drive the co-ordination of this training, as well as partnering effectively with external consultancy partners on this.

Requirements:

  • Experience at a similar level, running large Change.
  • Prior, direct experience with a corporate-wide SAP deployment.
  • Experience with strategic development of communications at all levels.
  • Previous oversight of training activity.
  • Some experience of managing a Change Team and consultancy partners.
