Role: Change Contractor - R&D

Rate: £700pd (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid working from home and in Berkshire

Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week

Duration: 3 months

An Interim, part-time, Change Contractor, for a leading science organisation, to review the programme landscape for data-centric Research and Development. You will complete benefits profiles, establish KPIs, input into Change Review meetings, scrutinise the Change approach and develop and implement Change strategy.

This role aims to support the Change maturity of the team and R&D function, shaping the short and long-term Change strategy.

You will provide advice on the delivery and adoption of digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Change role, within a large, matrix organisation.
• Change Management qualified, and an excellent knowledge of Change methodologies and tools.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders across a business and to a senior level.
• Excellent communication ability across audiences.
