Interim CAPEX Procurement Manager £600pd

Role: Interim Procurement Manager - CAPEX, Construction & Property

Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Esteemed Public Sector organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and 1 day on site in Hampshire, fortnightly.

Duration: 6 months (strong scope to extend)

A number of interim Procurement Manager opportunities, to provide key support exciting CAPEX construction projects, including across New Builds, Maintenance, Refurbishment, Lifts, Estates, Electrical, Upkeep and Labs.

You will join a close-knit Team, as part of an esteemed, public sector organisation, to set robust Procurement Strategy and manage and consolidate strategic contracts.

Requirements:

• Procurement Manager with excellent CAPEX Construction experience, Associated Works and engaging relevant consultants.
• Strong Public Sector industry background.
• NEC Contracts experience.
• Good stakeholder management and influencing ability.
