Job description:
A FTSE 100, Market-leading FMCG company are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst, with experience in Workday projects, to join their dynamic team on an interim basis, providing key support to their huge HR Transformation Programme.
My client requires someone with Business Analysis experience to gather and create meaningful insight, with strong exposure to the end to end Business Analysis process (including gathering business requirements and conducting analysis), ideally you will hold governance and compliance experience.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, to facilitate conversations and draw out information. You will work across the entire transformation programme to ensure business requirements are captured, any interdependencies are captured, and that workstreams are collaborating and communicating effectively.
Experience:
Prior experience working with large, global and complex companies.
Previous experience in a Business or Process Analyst role or similar, dealing with large-scale Workday projects.
Crucial - experience and competency in Workday system and its connectors, ideally 2+ years' experience
The ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Ideally, some previous experience in compliance and risk assessment.
Ideally some experience with other HR technologies
