Interim Business Analyst Risk Transformation:

A major international banking institution has an urgent requirement for an Interim Business Analyst Risk Transformation.

This is a contract till December 2022, offers up to £675 p/d (Umbrella, Inside IR35), with flexible working offered from home and c.1-2 days a week in their offices in London.


The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programmes. They will support the Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. The BA will also responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change 'product', focusing on accelerating benefits and minimising risk during deployment.

You will:

  • Anticipates and manages stakeholder expectations, fostering open and honest communication; resolves stakeholder conflict and represents the interests of other stakeholders
  • Identifies and analyses complex problems involving the wider team; generates feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; leads brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems
  • Uses understanding of the Groups strategy, strengths, weaknesses and the external marketplace, to inform business decisions and create competitive advantage
  • Often acts as an expert across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously, guiding the teams on their requirements gathering, design, change or implementation approach


  • BA with solid market risk knowledge/ credit risk knowledge and understanding
  • Good knowledge around control and business processes within risk
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to manage relationships with all manner of stakeholders and IT.
  • Advanced Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
  • Jira experience and Agile Methodlogy
  • Skills to be able to document processes into PowerPoint, Word etc.
