Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

For you this means working with us on Digital Transformation, centralising, digitising and optimising across all elements of the Finance entity to ‎achieve sector-leading cost-performance.‎

The Finance PPM Data & Analytics team works in 4 key areas:


1. Data & Analytics Platforms - bringing together finance, the business and I&E to develop and maintain integrated technology solutions that take source data to be ingested, organized, transformed, analyzed and delivered for consumption and action.
2. Data Provisioning - establishing flows of organized, quality assured, secure data to end-users, developers and applications.
3. Data Management - supporting the monitoring / maintenance of data pipelines, quality assurance processes, value-based activity prioritization and governance framework.
4. Data & Analytics Consulting - supporting the development and sustainability of de-centralized data products embedded in the business facing PPM organizations.


Key Accountabilities
The Business Analyst will work within the PPM Common Data Model project, as part of the wider Data & Analytics team. The Common Data Model project is in place to establish the design for data structures across the Finance PPM landscape and support their implementation in systems and processes.

The Business Analyst will work supporting the analysis of existing data model structures and design of proposed updates to these data model structures. Working as part of an Agile squad, the Business Analyst will work collegially with a small team of other business analysts plus the product owner and scrum master to establish priorities and manage delivery.
