I am currently looking for a Business Analyst experienced to assist with a major transformation programme for a local authority based in Bedfordshire. As part of a new systems implementation (Idox to Concerto) this is an opportunity for the council to assess current work flows and processes in order to improve overall service offering.

Role will be based in Bedfordshire, on an 8-week contract with scope to extend beyond that based upon work completion. £400 day rate to start ASAP, outside IR35.

Experience required:

• Experience of improving property/estate management processes
• Experience working with workflow-based situations
• Strong communication skills with both technical and also non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent process mapping and presentation skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Experience of Idox Uniform and/or Concerto is highly desirable
