Indirects Procurement Manager

Our client a Major Global healthcare organisation, are now seeking an experienced individual with strong skills within indirect procurement, which may include Marketing & sales, medical education, market research and events.

The Position

You will be required to work closely with stakeholders understanding spend requirements and negotiating prices as appropriate

Manage all commercial and contractual interactions with external suppliers.

Ability to set and drive the procurement strategy on a global basis

Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end procurement process (RFI, RFQ, RFP, contract drafting & negotiation, supplier & stakeholder management)

Stakeholder management: Engages, obtains sponsorship and influences senior level stakeholders.

Management of supplier performance. Ensures agreements and relationships have a good supplier metrics embedded within them

Qualifications

Indirect procurement experience from ideally within a Pharmaceutical or Healthcare/Manufacturing environment

Experience of purchasing at global level

Strong negotiating skills

Ability to set and drive procurement strategy

Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, problem solving, and conflict management
