Indirect Procurement Specialist - £40K + benefits package & added benefits.

Our client, a leading international Wealth & Investment Fund, is looking to recruit a hungry and ambitious Indirect Procurement Specialist demonstrating a broad commercial mindset and a passion for innovation and value creation to play a key role in their newly launched UK Procurement team.

Role:

The jobholder will support the Procurement Manager, and will assist with the procurement of Indirect Services including FM, Property, Professional Services, HR, Marketing, Consultancy and Legal. With a large pipeline of imminent projects.

Working with a highly motivated team, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop a range of Procurement skills including spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, contract negotiation, as well as post-contract supplier performance and contractual adherence.

With training, the jobholder will be expected to support the full lifecycle sourcing process providing value analytical expertise across the RFX process. In turn, it is expected that the jobholder supports the supplier relationship management of business-critical vendors.

Experience:

* Demonstrates some experience of operating in a commerical Buyer or Senior Buyer capacity for Indirects

* Analytical and logical nature, highly numerate with demonstrable experience of using Excel

* Confident communicator with an engaging personality

* Degree qualified

* Experience of using e-sourcing tools would be advantageous
