Indirect Procurement Lead - Retail - £85K

A global leading retail brand, due to growth, are looking to hire an Indirect Procurement Lead to manage £200M indirect spend across the UK&I. This is a company that will provide you the autonomy to develop, advocate and implement transformative and positively disruptive sourcing strategies in this faced past environment.

Role: Indirect Procurement Lead

Location: London & Home Counties (Need to travel between two locations)

Salary: £75k - £85K + Car Allowance + 20% Bonus + Pension + 25 days annual leave + Private Healthcare + additional benefits

Experience:

• Track record of leading and developing small teams of direct reports

• Experience across all indirect categories with the majority of spend in Marketing, Professional Services, Visual Merchandising, FM & Property.
• Excellent communications skills and demonstrable ability to develop relationships and influence a broad portfolio of stakeholders
• Able to demonstrate your experience of operating in a fast paced, heavy workload environments
