Role: Indirect Buyer

Salary: Up to £45K + Excellent Benefits (including free breakfast and lunch 3 days p/w)

Role:

• You will benefit from a fantastic learning opportunity, working side by side with the Global CPO and the UK Procurement Manager on a daily basis
• You will be provided the opportunity to support a portfolio of strategic sourcing programmes that include the design, fit-out and launch of new Hotels and Venues on a global scale as well as the delivery of high profile Corporate Events for prestigious clients
• You will play a key role in delivering day to day Procurement requirements across both the Indirect and Food & Beverage (F&B) categories that have a direct impact on guest experience
• In turn, you will support the re-design of the Global Indirect and F&B supply chain strategy - providing visibility for you at Board / CxO level
• You will collaborate with CPO and UK Procurement Manager, as well as your colleagues in the New York City office, to continue the development of the Global Procurement capability through the adoption of Automation and tools, and through an initiative to drive Digital Transformation across the business

Experience:

• You will demonstrate some experience of Indirect or Food & Beverage (F&B) Procurement
• You will be passionate about working in vibrant, high-energy business
• You will be inquisitive in nature, with a passion for nurturing relationships with both internal and external customers
• You will have experience of using e-sourcing tools / P2P platforms
• Ideally, you will be Degree qualified
