HR Procurement Manager - Manchester - £50-60k

Available is a fantastic opportunity with a leading Financial Services organisation in Manchester, operating in a Procurement execution sourcing team. You will play a key role in the on-going delivery for HR and professional Services category projects, specifically across:
Payroll, HR Consultancy, Employee Benefits, Rewards & Training.

The group are responsible for managing large commercial deals, working collaboratively and strategically with internal teams.

You will provide category expertise and sourcing expertise to manage commercial negotiations, working in visible teams across the organisation.

Support the Sourcing team and Category Managers with the day to day management of key stakeholders and executing deals according to policy and agreed timelines.

If you can demonstrate:

3-5 years trategic sourcing experience, ideally in HR or Professional Services.

A broad procurement background.

Running end to end procurement processes.

Knowledge of contracts, supplier controls, risk mitigations and negotiations, then I would be keen to speak about the role.
