We're working with a leading infrastructure business that's about to go through a period of significant change - and they need a strong HR leader to guide them through it.

This HR Director role reports directly into the CEO and will lead a team of 20. The company has experienced strong growth, and while the growth story is exciting, it also brings challenges: outdated structures, inconsistent ways of working, and a real need for clarity, consistency and leadership across HR.

We're looking for someone who's led HR in complex environments and knows what good looks like - someone who can bring structure, shape the HR agenda, and take people with them. Change management, transformation and leadership will be central to this role. Whether you're already an HR Director or a senior HR professional ready to step up, this is a rare opportunity to take real ownership and truly make your mark.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading HR across the company with full responsibility for strategy, operations and team leadership
  • Partnering closely with the CEO, SLT and key stakeholders to define and deliver HR transformation
  • Driving organisational change - structure, process, culture and leadership
  • Creating consistency across policies, practices, and performance management
  • Developing leadership capability and talent pipelines for future growth
  • Acting as a true change agent in a business that's open to challenge and ideas

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven HR leadership experience in a technical environment such as manufacturing, engineering, industrial environment
  • Track record of delivering change and transformation (not just BAU)
  • Confident, structured, and able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable in environments that are still maturing
  • Someone who thrives on building, fixing, and making a difference
