The role

The role will see you responsible for the development and deployment of global standards, processes & systems utilization strategies for the European region and in collaboration with the CPO and Procurement Leadership Team (PLT)

You will carry out strategy development under the leadership of the CPO, leading and developing operational buying teams, ensuring compliance and efficiencies aligned to the overall procurement roadmap and specific vertical strategies.

Requirements

Demonstrable record of successfully managing a procurement operations function, particularly focused on standardisation, efficiencies and upskilling
Profound knowledge of the use of tools, processes and technology as an enabler for enhancing procurement organization - with experience of Coupa a must
Experience of implementing strategies and structures of a procurement function
Experience in a European/Global scope focused role
