Our client, a leading company within the Private Equity sector, are looking to supplement the growth of their sustainability function with the addition of an ESG executive. This greenfield role offers autonomy and flexibility for a senior ESG professional to put their mark on the company.

Role: Head of ESG

Salary: Competitive

Location: London (flexible working is on offer)

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior C suite stakeholders on a daily basis to develop a strategy which aligns with business needs
• Form a team of people who can drive strategy and cultural change
• Be confident at managing a wider team to de-risk and enhance investments
• Drive communications internally and externally on behalf of the business

The successful candidate:

• You will have 10+years experience within the Sustainability sector
• A relevant degree
• Experience in any industry is satisfactory
• Have a well established relevant network of professionals whom you can utilise
