Job: Graduate Procurement Project Specialist

Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 + Benefits 25 Days Holiday

Location: Luton (Hybrid Working/2 days per week)

Are you a technically gifted graduate with experience of working in a complex corporate environments who wants to join a global procurement team?

There are incredible future development opportunities with this role if you can exhibit the right behaviours and engage with a variety of competing and often conflicting stakeholders in order to achieve wider strategic goals of the company.

If you have a data driven mindset and an analytical ability to translate, engage and communicate whilst multitasking and managing a range of different projects this role is for you. You will need to be enthusiastic about the challenges and relish the opportunity to problem solve, coordinate and influence key stakeholders along the way.

This is a role based on the fundamentals of building relationships with business partners, internal and external stakeholders and managing these relationships to achieve strategic goals delivering on project objectives.

Experience from Scientific, Legal, Finance and other technical environments will be advantageous. Understanding Contract Law and Procurement Process would also be an advantage. That said if you are someone who comes form a corporate working environment and can demonstrate the foundations of key behavioural attributes - a learning and development path will be built around giving you the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
