Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs & elevate service quality.
• Contract Management: Lead negotiations & framework agreements for global & regional services.
• Supplier Excellence: Develop relationships with top-tier suppliers & evaluate market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Energy category expertise - strong market knowledge, leading sustainability topics, managing energy risks and legislation.
• Collaborative Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize demand across global operations.
• Vendor Performance: Monitor supplier compliance, resolve operational challenges, & enhance service levels.

We are therefore looking for a strong sourcing professional with expertise across energy topics, so strong market knowledge and legislation expertise is essential, managing energy risks and leading sustainability topics!

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office in Amsterdam and 2 days working from home.
