Role: Global Procurement Source to Contract (S2C) Manager

Salary: €80-98k + bonus + package

Location: Amsterdam, NL

Hybrid Working: 3 days in Amsterdam office, 2 days' work from home

Fantastic leadership role to own the Source to Contract (S2C) process globally, across tens of countries, within one of the world's leading €multi-billion manufacturing companies amid a procurement transformation.

You will play a key part in the global implementation of Coupa and report into the Head of Source to Pay (S2P), making this a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional that has focused on the S2C, or the broader S2P process - ideally with Coupa or Ariba experience.

The client will soon roll out Coupa globally, having successfully piloted the implementation in one country.

This is a position that will provide the successful candidate with tremendous exposure to a variety of high-level internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite, with a high level of top-down support.

So, if you have extensive experience in procurement, Source to Contract (S2C), contract management, and ideally experienced with Coupa or Ariba, this could be the perfect role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous end-to-end improvement along the entire S2C sub-process
• Engage and collaborate with global/regional/cross-country procurement teams and IT
• Advise on the use of Best in Class Procurement processes and technologies
• Identify and drive best-in-class best-in-class procurement processes and technology
• Translate procurement strategies and category plans into technologies/tools/processes
• Increase awareness of procurement technologies and best practices to facilitate change throughout the business
• Drives reporting, action tracking, and process/systems analysis activities
• Manage coach and train 1-2 employees

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant procurement experience, ideally with team leadership experience
• Experience implementing & improving Source to Contract (S2C) process and adoption
• Coupa, Ariba or SAP experience
• Strong ability to influence, persuade and partner across the business at all levels
• Contract management, contract drafting and negotiations skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must - additional languages ​​a bonus
