Role: Global Procurement Source to Contract (S2C) Manager

Salary: €80-98k + package

Location: Amsterdam, NL

Hybrid Working: 3 days in Amsterdam office, 2 days' work from home

It is a leadership role to own the Source to Contract (S2C) process globally, you will play a key part in the global implementation of Coupa and report into the Head of Source to Pay (S2P) making this a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional that has focused on the S2C, or the broader S2P process - ideally with Coupa or Ariba experience.

You will have tremendous exposure to a variety of high-level internal and external stakeholders, including C-Suite, with a high level of top-down support.

So, if you have extensive experience in procurement, Source to Contract (S2C) ideally within Coupa or Ariba and contract management, this could be the perfect role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise on the use of Best in Class Procurement processes and technologies
• Identify and drive best in class procurement processes and technology
• Drive continuous end to end improvement along the entire source-to-contract sub-process
• Engage and collaborate with global/regions/cross country procurement teams and IT
• Translate procurement strategies and category plans into technologies/tools/processes
• Increase awareness of Procurement Technologies Best Practices and facilitate change throughout the Business
• Drives reporting, action tracking, and process/systems analysis activities
• Manage coach and train 1-2 employees

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with some team leadership experience
• Experience improving Source to Contract process and adoption across multiple countries
• Coupa, Ariba or SAP experience
• Strong ability to influence, persuade and partner across the business at all levels
• Contract management, contract drafting and negotiations skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, additional languages ​​a bonus
