Role: Global Head of Implementation & Utilisation - Procurement CoE

Salary: £100-130k + 30% bonus + £7k car allowance

Location: London, 3 days pw office

We've been commissioned exclusively on this fantastic greenfield opportunity to lead the global implementation and utilisation of SAP Ariba and S4 within a FTSE 250 manufacturing company, essential to the success of the Procurement Digitization Strategy, within the newly created Centre of Excellence function that only went live earlier this year.

The role will lead the global "Implementation & Utilisation" pillar within the COE, alongside the Continuous Improvement, Delivery (e-proc shared service) and Oversight & Data Analysis pillars.

This is a leadership position, with 3 direct reports, each a Regional Implementation Lead for the US, Europe and Asia respectively.

Key Priorities:

SAP 4Hana Global Deployment - working closely with the S4 deployment team (who sit within the IT function), you will drive the implementation & utilisation across Procurement (globally) ensuring that there is a central authority on process and that the tool is appropriately integrated in the business processes.

Establish Structure & Framework for Implementation Pillar - this is a newly created team, so there is no existing protocol or framework for deployment processes. This will need to be designed and embedded, as well an associated review of the training requirements and capability across the 3 direct reports.

Requirements:

- Recent implementations of SAP Ariba and S4 (or similar tooling) across multiple regions

- Skilled at developing frameworks, processes and standardising across multiple regions and units

- Strong team leadership, coaching and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, O&G, FMCG desirable
