One of the world's largest and most famous FMCG brands has an urgent requirement for a Senior Interim FM Project Consultant.

This is an interim contract offering between £450-£550 p/d inside IR35 for contract running until the end of the year offering Hybrid working - offices in Surrey

Position summary:

Reporting to EMEA FM Sr. Manager, the candidate will be part of the core project team for the implementation of a second generation IFM model across the EMEA portfolio, including mills, DCs and Offices.

Specialized in the FM Industry, the candidate will bring the knowledge of the specific local markets and will support the RFP (led by Procurement), project, and implementation, working in close connection with procurement, local manufacturing operations teams and EMEA FM leadership.

Main focus will be in UK, Italy, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Russia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Bahrein and Nigeria

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide FM specialist market intelligence and insights across the EMEA portfolio in order to support the definition of the FM commercial and operational strategy.
  • Provide expertise and tested tools, including benchmark to Current Market Standards for performance measurement
  • Support all phases of the project from Go-To- Market until Go-live
  • Support Data collection to define detailed SOW at site level by service lines (both hard and soft services)
  • Actively contribute and work in close collaboration with procurement and our FM operational teams to bring forward simultaneous RFP processes across EMEA: including production of the RFP packs (SOW, contract schedules, bid templates), coordination of Q&A sessions with the bidders, bids collection, coordination of the downselection process until contract award
  • In collaboration with PMO, ensure transition and governance activities are well coordinated and controlled
  • Prepare material for site workshops, including overview of Due Diligence / Solution process and Contract Training
  • Site visits and Site Due Diligence as needed, and other tasks as directed
