Are you ready to test your Demand Planning skills to the limit?

A renowned FTSE 100 powerhouse is seeking a top tier Demand and Supply Planning Specialist to boost capability and efficiency in S&OP for one of their key commercial divisions.

Working closely with senior business and functional owners, you will use your specialist knowledge of Sales and Operational Planning to drive improvement in the effectiveness of S&OP for the unit, providing ownership and expertise for key demand and supply planning processes and systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for improving insight of operational reporting and MI data, and involved in transformational activity with the goal of attaining operational adoption of the 'End State' target operating model for demand and supply planning.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in achieving the overarching corporate objective: to deliver a world-class, business-centric Procurement & Supply Chain function.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in the area of S&OP, Demand or Supply Planning, gained within large global matrix organisations (FMCG, Pharma and Manufacturing industries preferred)
  • Demonstrable success in delivering business change as part of a major ERP implementation, plus significant experience in change management and capability to drive transformation and continuous improvement
  • Skilled in the application of SAP APO
  • Degree level education, preferably in a Supply Chain discipline, and/or a Supply Chain qualification such as APICS CSCP
