Supplier Selection:

RfQ Process:

• Evaluate quotes and negotiate contracts, sharing supplier quote revelations with Category Management.

Awarding:

• Choreograph approvals and sign contracts, maintaining a comprehensive supplier database.

Global Category Strategy:
