My client based in West London who are based within the Healthcare industry, are currently recruiting for a FP&A Manager position. Based in a Finance team of four and reporting into the FP&A Director, this is a full time permanent position. The Financial, planning and analysis manager role dedicated to understanding and reporting on the company's financial performance, with a focus on improving the profitability of the company's retail estate, online and public sector channels. The position holder is responsible for the monthly income calculation, quarterly invoicing and its associated data collection processes combined with providing innovative and value add financial analysis to support the business leads strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running the monthly income calculation process and its associated accruals
• Managing monthly meeting with Operations teams analysing KPI and performance metrics
• Responsible for the billing process in close cooperation with the shared service accounting team
• Key Finance point of contact for some high growth business unit management teams
• Responsible for first line of customer queries /dispute on income calculations
• Responsible for cash flow optimization
• Responsible the day to day data operations and administering of the income finance database
• Maintenance and development of costing model
• Ensure compliance to customers' contractual arrangements

The role is open to Part Qualified or fully qualified Accountants with recognised FP&A experience. You will ideally also have experience of working for a multi-national blue chip organisation. This is an excellent opportunity with a very high level of exposure to senior management
