Food Buyer - £35k - Petersfield

Urgent role for a Food buyer, where you will get the opportunity to buy a vast array of food products in a busy Procurement Function.

The Client is a privately owned international food company, who have been established for 25 years plus. If you are keen to develop and learn new skills in procurement and enjoy working proactively across categories please read on.

Duties:

• Proactively sourcing across Food categories in the UK and Internationally.
• Working a towards tight deadlines in line with the clients demands.
• Building and developing strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analysing across the category and find ways of creating savings.

The successful candidate will have had:

• Worked in a procurement function sourcing across direct commodities ideally in Food.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Degree educated / equivalent or CIPS.
