Our client, a Global Market Leader, demonstrating significant year on year growth seeks to recruit an FM Procurement Manager to compliment the continued growth of their procurement capability - in line with a 2 year development programme. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive the impact of procurement, delivering cross category sourcing projects across the breadth of the FM & Property category portfolio.

Role:
The jobholder will be responsible for positioning procurement as 'value-add' function, building key stakeholder relationships across all business units. In turn, the jobholder will be expected to carry out diligent procurement analytics and begin to develop category strategies across the both the Hard & Soft FM portfolio - encompassing M&E, Lighting, HVAC, Cleaning, Catering and Energy.

In turn, it is expected that the jobholder be able to play a key role in supporting the organisations drive for sustainable and renweable energy solutions as a key contributor to their overall Net-Zero Carbon initiative.

Experience:
The Procurement Manager will be able to demonstrate experience of sourcing across the FM and Property category portfolio, and;

- Experience of managing complex Outsourced TFM solutions with key supplier such as ISS, Interserve, JLL or OCS

- Track-record of developing effective stakeholder relationships in non-mandated environment

- Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills

- Ideally Degree Qualified

- Ideally MCIPS preferred
