Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join a supportive and expanding team for a world leader in multi-technical installation and maintenance services, operating globally.

This is a chance to be part of a close-knit estimating team where your expertise will directly shape successful bids and contribute to high-profile projects.

The Role
As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the full tender lifecycle - from initial review through to submission - ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals are delivered.

Working closely with bid managers, engineers, and project managers, you'll:

• Review drawings, contracts, and specifications to produce accurate trade pricing
• Prepare tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Collaborate with technical teams to align estimates with project requirements
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Keep up to date with industry trends and pricing

About you:

• Proven Estimator experience within construction or Mechanical & Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Broad trades knowledge with excellent planning and organisational skills
• Confident communicator, able to negotiate and build relationships effectively
• Highly computer literate, with strong Excel and estimating software skills
• Commitment to high standards of health & safety
