You are a mission driven Project and Change Manager who will be developing and managing the environmental delivery programme (EDP) which delivers the objectives of for net zero/environmental strategy, with a focus on change management and transformation across key functions of the business.

Role: Environment Strategy and Change Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid (minimum 1 day in Farringdon required)

Salary: up to £65K + car allowance and attractive benefits

About you:

You will demonstrate experience of creating and operating high-level change programmes that deliver transformation, particularly around environmental stewardship, and decarbonisation. Ideally, handling and processing environmental data relating to decarbonisation at a large and complex organisation, and familiarity with key decarbonisation initiatives such as the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), and the Science-based Targets initiative (SBTi).

You will have experience working with a multi-faceted, large organisation with a wide range of stakeholders.

About the job

• Role will be responsible for tracking expenditure and advising on the total programme cost against budget. ensure the long-term investment needs of the programme are collated and communicated, and that business case / investment requests are reviewed and accurate.
• This role will cover the entire reach of the EDP which encompasses all business units and departmental functions of supply chain.
• The Environment Strategy Delivery Manager will work closely alongside senior directors across key teams (fleet, property, procurement, commercial etc) and ensure the effective project management of the EDP.
