Energy Procurement Manager - £60k

Role: Energy Procurement Manager

Salary: £59,000, plus benefits package including up to 12% pension, performance-based bonus, and life insurance.

Client: Major Utilities organisation

Location: Hybrid and Warwick / Wokingham 2 days per week

This role is ideal for a candidate demonstrating Utilities or Infrastructure Procurement background who is motivated by the opportunity to play a key role in the creation of a "Greenfield" Procurement capability!

Our client presents a fantastic start-up opportunity, as part of a divestment of major UK utilities infrastructure provider, with the remit to provide the operating system for green and renewable energy, playing a key role in the UK's ambition to deliver net-zero capacity by 2050.

Reporting into the Head of Procurement, you will support 1-2 complex tenders simultaneously, with £100mns spend, each spanning 1-3 years, for Energy Infrastructure services.

You will face off with a range of stakeholders to C-level and drive robust relationships.

Requirements:

• Utilities, Infrastructure or Energy Procurement and Contract Management experience.
• Ideally UCR or PCR background.
• Prior experience within regulated environments.
• Relevant qualifications, e.g. degree in relevant discipline.
