As EMA ESG Senior Manager, you have the opportunity to help craft the proposition and operating model of a critical and growing part of the ESG EMA international business.

Role: EMA ESG Senior Manager

Location: Netherlands based + 40% international travel

Salary: up to 85K + benefits

About you:

You design international propositions, including those passionate about ESG goals and bring international knowledge of the external market. You will support the EMA-wide cross-sector initiative and the purpose of driving a global ESG agenda across the region of over 105 countries.

Experience in designing, developing, managing, and implementing is key with our clients, so you'll need to demonstrate your ability to understand their needs and guide them to a solution. Proven track record to articulate the distinct aspects of product and services are a must because you'll be managing multiple projects. You'll also need strong communication and presentation skills.

You need to be an expert and have experience in one of the following sectors:

• Energy and Natural Resources
• Consumer & Retail
• Telecom, Media, Technology

You need to be a subject matter expert in:

• Renewables (wind, solar, etc)
• Circular Economy
