Within the ESG (Sustainability & Regionalisation) channels team, The Associate Director of Sector Propositions will be required to support the Director of Sector Propositions and work closely with the SMC Coverage teams as well as contribute to the strategic planning and delivery of business objectives across the full SMC product set. The successful candidate will require experience in supporting projects whilst also demonstrating a sound SMC product knowledge and influencing capabilities to craft and implement simple, strategic propositions that will service Clients across the SMC segment.

Role: Director of Sector Propositions SMC ESG goals

Location: Remote, (Office available in London and Bristol)

Salary: up to £90K + benefits

About you:

You design sector propositions, including those passionate about SMC ESG goals and bring knowledge of external market; client needs to identify gaps in SMC sector propositions. Other personal traits you assist the mobilisation of resources, delivery of new sector propositions and Input into comms plans, training, and rollout requirements to mobilise coverage colleagues around sector propositions.

Experience in designing, developing, managing, and implementing client focused is key with out client, so you'll need to demonstrate your ability to understand their needs and guide them to a solution. Prover tract record to articulate the distinct aspects of product and services are must because you'll be managing multiple projects. You'll also need strong communication and presenting skills.
