Role: Digital Project Manager - Solution Owner - Social & Search (Sprinklr)

Rate: £72 per hour (40 hours per week, Inside IR35, Umbrella)

Client: FTSE 100, FMCG leader

Location: London - can be flexible 1 day per week in the office, or ad-hoc meetings

Duration: 12 months

A senior-level, Digital Project Manager and Solution Owner to join the global Digital & Tech function for a major, FTSE 100, FMCG leader. This role will focus on social, particularly their main solution Sprinklr.

The role will be split across two large projects:

• Social Media Security and Compliance - a large project with Deloitte, to re-centralise all of the organisation's social media access to one, global Operations Team, via Sprinklr.
• Social Listening and Media - functionality allowing "listening" and analysis across social media, via Sprinklr.

This role will involved driving vendors and partners to deliver, collaborating closely with vendors, partners and global business teams on this high-profile project.

Requirements:

• 2 years' + hands on Sprinklr experience.
• 5 years' + listening sphere point of view.
• 8 years' + social media experience.
• Prior experience in an agency, or directly with Sprinklr as an organisations.
• Senior individual, with excellent communication skills with stakeholders to a senior level.
