Digital Acceleration Manager - 12 Month Contract

Digital Acceleration Manager - 12 Month Contract based in Kent with a globally recognisable name brand.

You will be supporting a rapid transformation of the way this brand communicates, interacts and builds relationships with consumers across new Websites, CRM Platforms and search and social channels.

This is a hands on role working cross functionally with agencies, IT and Digital CofE.

The experience and knowledge we are looking for include:

• Creative and Media experience: building digital campaigns including briefing, review, stakeholder management and then optimisation
• Digital Eco-System strategic and content ownership: website, CRM, social and paid media
• Proven experience in digital acceleration/ performance marketing [campaign management, content creation, channel set-up]
• Agency management delivering with creative excellence

Essential skills for this role are:

• A proven track record of planning, managing and delivering programs or projects
• In depth understanding of how digital eco systems work
• Experience of using data and analytics to gain insights and optimize content, media, journeys etc
• Strong collaboration across multi-functional teams, and leading agencies, for high performance outcomes
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and managing stakeholders
