A local council in the Bedfordshire area require an Interim Corporate Procurement Category Manager to sit within the Corporate Procurement Team and lead a number of strategic tenders.
This is an initial 3-month interim contract offering £400-£450 p/d inside IR35 for a candidate to be based in the Bedfordshire area.
- Candidates must have category manager experience within local government procurement functions.
- Experience of leading end to end strategic tenders.
- Considerable experience and a strong grasp of the OJEU procurement process.
- A demonstrable history of delivering cost savings.
