Contracts Manager - FTC contract for 12 months

Our client who is a Major Services Organisation who have an immediate requirement for an experienced procurement contracts manager. The role will take responsibility for a backlog for supply agreements which include direct and indirects goods and services.

Your key duties will include:

Negotiating, drafting, managing and reviewing large and complex contracts, identifying risk areas and tendering for new contracts where necessary.

Renewing and re-tendering of contracts where necessary

You will also take responsibility for managing T&C's and implementing SLA's and KPI's, liaising with the legal teams.

Person Specification:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Contracts Manager.

Ideally MCIPS qualified with strong competence and technical

Ideal background from within a Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record in complex products and services contract development and delivery.

Proven self-starter with demonstrable track record of managing multiple complex

Working knowledge of specifying and contracting complex SLA's

Knowledge of contract law, applied to goods and services.
