Commercial Manager £35k - 48k

Role: Commercial Manager (NEC).

Client: Major Utilities organisation.

Rate: £35k to £48.8k per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2-3 days in West Sussex office.

A number of Commercial Manager roles to support a leading Utilities organisation on high-value Construction projects, £2m upwards, across their Water portfolio.

These roles will deal with CAPEX Construction activities, governance, and pre-contract work, utilising NEC3 and NEC4. You will ensure the success of commercial operations, providing crucial commercial assurance to infrastructure projects.

You will support the delivery of Cost Management, contract drafting, pre-contract assurance, and audit work.

These roles offer the opportunity to expand your expertise, contribute to major CAPEX projects, and be a key part of a team driving excellence and positive change in the industry.

Requirements:

• Background as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience dealing with NEC3 and NEC4.
• Ideally, prior experience in Utilities, Nuclear, Aviation, Rail or Highways.
• Advantageous would be Chartered status, RICS or CIOB.
