Package: Circa £55K Depending on Experience 25 Days + Bank + Private Healthcare

The company are embarking on a significant major infrastructure project to upgrade essential utilities that support local communities across the UK. This role plays a integral part in the success of that project.

Bring your commercial knowledge and expertise surrounding stakeholder management to drive this major project forwards. You will develop commercial strategy and provide commercial support within the pre and post contract phases of the project life cycle.

Your project management experience will support, inform and advance the commercial team. Developing and guiding construction contracts ensuring contractual compliance you will play a key role as a commercial manager supporting the dispute resolution process, to ensure all parties achieve desired objectives.

Experience from PFI environments in a NEC4 framework will be advantageous as too would a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. You should also demonstrate a significant knowledge of contract conditions and their application.
