We have an exciting opportunity to join a large public sector client as a Commercial Manager.

Job Title: Commercial Manager

Duration: 6 months

Location: London (Flexible with work from home)

Rate: £400 - £450 per day (Inside IR35)

Job description:

• Managing contractual issues, periodic reporting of construction progress and managing change.
• Need to manage cost reporting for all the projects (cost forecasting/ final cost / gross billing
• Manage, monitor and report on all aspects of assigned projects
• Identify risk/claim events

Require Experience

• 5+ year experience as Commercial Manager.
• Experience in reporting cost / forecasting / predictions
• Good understanding of compliance and commercial / procurement/ buying in construction
• Previous experience working in public / government sector
• Good negotiation skills in construction
