Supply Chain Change Manager with exceptional stakeholder communication skills required to lead the development, implementation and management of the change management strategy and plans for all projects within the Digital Supply Chain Transformation program across multiple countries and business units.

You can be based in the UK or Netherlands but must be abe to demonstrate the successful delivery of large scale change efforts.

You will:

  • Develop, implement, and communicate change management strategies and plans across the organization
  • Engage stakeholders and teams across the organization to gather and analyze operational information, identify and prioritize change initiatives, and address concerns and resistance
  • Understand the benefits and impacts of proposed changes, and ensure that these are communicated across the business
  • Work with the Program and Project managers to ensure that project plans align to operational challenges
  • Evaluate cost structures and budgetary impact of proposed changes
  • Measure and report progress and outcomes of the change process
  • Identify and develop change champions, whilst provioding training, coaching, and support where needed

Ideally you will have:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, empthy and superb communication
  • Ability to effectively work to timelines in a constantly evolving environment
  • Be motivated by working with multiple dfferent cultures and teams.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Experience with understanding IT systems and processes

Fluent English is essential with language skilss in French, Dutch or German a positive
