Rate:£500 - £670 per day (UMBRELLA) - has to be via Paystream, Danbro or Focus Consulting

Role:
The purpose of the Change and Implementation Lead is to support our Global business and change programmes within Wholesale Transformation, to successfully define, deliver and embed that change, helping HSBC achieve its strategic goals in the relevant global markets. The role is instrumental in supporting and driving the business to achieve benefits realisation and returns on their change investments, ensuring that our significant change programmes are considering all change aspects which will lead to a smooth implementation and transition to BAU. This will include identifying and mitigating key change and implementation risks, and helping identify opportunities for early realisation of benefits

Success in this role will require the Change and Implementation Lead to be flexible, being able to cope and bring
structure to ambiguous situations and problems whilst adapting to the needs of the business. They should be high in energy, have a sense of urgency, be driven and have the ability to learn quickly and assimilate information

Experience:
- FS Sector Experience = preferred
- Background as a business analyst with "Change Management" experience
- Must have: ORG design and transformation/integration experience
- Must have experience supporting large scale / complex Global Projects
