Our client, a market leader in the UK Holiday Market are looking to recruit a Retail Category Manager to work within a greenfield opportunity.

Role:

• The jobholder will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of all sourcing, category management and procurement activity across shops spend.
• Selecting and Managing suppliers, supply chains and contractual arrangements.
• Accountable for identifying and executing new opportunities within the suppliers base.
• Engaging closely with a number of different stakeholders.

Experience:

• Experience of Strategic Sourcing in the Retail Industry.
• Good Category Management Experience in the Retail Industry.
• Strong financial and commercial experience.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing and procurement engagements that return substantial value.
