This is a fantastic development opportunity for an individual with Indirect procurement experience, team-spirit and with a desire to grow their career in a Procurement function with support and guidance.

You need to live in or be in commutable distance from one of the following location: London ,Sheffield, Newcastle or Bristol. Flexible arrangements on home/office based working are available.

The role

This role as a Category Lead Buyer is responsible for maximising the value of Procurement by implementing a structured approach to Category projects based on collaborating to buy similar products/services. This specific role is within the Category Team and will focus on Category procurement within varied Indirect's categories. This role will be the Category Lead primarily on IT & Telecoms (and sub-cats), Professional/general indirects services( e.g Offices supplies & services, Post & distribution & Financial services (e.g consultancy, Insurances, Banking Services, etc.).

The team also works in a flexible and collaborative way, supporting on other indirects projects as needed.
