An exciting opportunity for a Capex Buyer, with manufacturing experience is required to join a highly regarded PLC.
In this role your responsibility will be to source materials and services required for the effective operation of local production, engineering, projects and capex spend areas at the best value. The role will collaborate with UK Procurement Operations to help implement relevant global and local procurement activities at the clients Kent based Site.
An inclusive culture, sponsorship at Director level and a proactive HR function ensure this role provides opportunity for progression.
You will have:
* Degree Level education.
* Ideally CIPS or equivalent.
* 3-5 Years relevant experience with the Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
* Experience of ERP systems - ideally SAP.
* Strong Commercial acumen & ability to understand and apply contract terms.
