Role: Buyer - Indirects (Marketing, HR, Facilities, Professional Services etc)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

Hybrid: Flexible hours, ideally 2-3 days per week in the office

Salary: €50-75k + bonus & package

The client provides excellent mentorship and training. You will work within a team while leading your own projects and initiatives. Strong career development as you progress to more senior roles.

Skills you'll develop:

• End-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement as part of a first-class procurement team
• Exposure across multiple indirect categories, broadening your skill base
• Progress within the desirable financial services industry
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and manage relationships up to senior stakeholders
• Working with vendors to ensure they comply with relevant regulations, as well as internal policies and standards
• Monitoring and assessing the resilience, performance and risk of vendors, subsequently reporting/actioning any issues

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least two years of procurement/buying experience
• Not required, though any indirect category experience (HR, facilities, marketing etc) a bonus
• Familiarity with procurement processes (P2P) or Workday preferred
• Ability to adapt to the fast-paced finance sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• English and Dutch (conversational or higher) speaking and writing
