Role: Business Development Executive for Nature Based Solutions
Location: Barcelona, WFH options available
Salary: €34K + sales commission
A passionate Business Development professional, you are looking to join an international consultancy sales team. You are a strong team player who thrives on collaborating with others. As well as being committed to growing the business, you have the desire make a difference to climate change.
You have experience in sales and cold calling, as well as a strong understanding of the voluntary carbon offset market. This is preferably working knowledge; however, we may accept talented sales individuals with relevant educational backgrounds. A proven track of running your own outbound prospecting campaigns is essential.
About the job
- Full management of your own outbound prospecting campaigns - you'll have the flexibility to generate leads however works best for you (e.g= emails, cold calls, social sell).
- Following up on demand generation campaigns ran by the marketing team.
- Identifying top leads and nurturing leads to increase sales.
- Being the first point of contact for potential customers.
- Collaborating with other teams within the business, including sales, marketing, support and operations, to define business value propositions.
- Identifying niches and coming up with ideas for new campaigns.
