BI and Analytics Manager

Based in Paddington

Our client a Major Global Pharmaceutical Organisation currently have a new role for a BI and Analytics Manager. The role will support analysis related to reporting and supporting the business working closely with the Supply Chain and Commercial Teams.

Key responsibilities:

Streamline the monitoring and reporting of various quarterly pricing

Support the analysis of customer compliance

Provide supporting analytics for production forecasts

Reporting (SQL) and Financial Analytics

Provide regular review of drugs in the pipeline to ensure economic viability, make recommendations to management

Coordinate with finance team to manage inventory, sales, and margin reporting requirements

Research and analyse international drug market providing market analysis

Monitor market prices on a regular basis and identify opportunities for price changes or new sales opportunities

Work with management in developing strategies pertaining to international sourcing opportunities

Person specification:

8+ experience in analytics or related field

Progressive experience in business intelligence, finance or analytics

Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and SQL Server

Highly analytical with ability to summarise data from multiple sources

Successful track record working on projects critical to the business under tight deadlines

Ability to take ambiguous requirements and drive insight and clarity

Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders, advise and apply best practices and set strategy for data and reporting solutions

Strong experience of reporting tools ideally Qlikview, Business Objects or Tableau
